CHILDHOOD WOUNDS AND REPEATING PATTERNS
Childhood wounds and repeating patterns: understanding what keeps replaying
You keep reliving the same situations, the same relationships, the same reactions, and cannot find the way out. I help you identify the old wounds that still shape your relationships and how you see yourself.

What you are going through
The names change, the story stays the same. You choose partners who are not available. You always end up carrying others. You run as soon as things get serious, or cling on as soon as they drift away. At work, in your family, in love: the same scenario comes back.
You have spotted it. You even know where it comes from: you have talked about it, read about it, understood it. And yet, when the moment comes, you react as before. As if part of you were still the age you were when it all began.

What the support can do
I help you identify and release the old wounds that still shape your relationships and how you see yourself. The support often helps you:
link a reaction today to what it was protecting yesterday;
release the stress still attached to these memories;
recognise the scenario earlier, while you still have a choice;
try other responses, at your own pace.
We do not rewrite the past. We help your body understand that it is over.
How we work
Kinesiology is the most direct tool for repeating patterns. Muscle testing gives access to unconscious blocks, gently and precisely, without you needing to tell everything.
Breathwork can then help release the buried emotions these wounds have left behind.
Repeating patterns are often intertwined with low self-worth or emotional dependency. We work on whatever is most present for you.
When it is not suitable
My support complements medical or psychotherapeutic care and does not replace it. I do not make diagnoses, and kinesiology is not a treatment for trauma.
If difficult memories overwhelm you, if you have repeated nightmares or if you feel you are a danger to yourself, talk to your doctor or a psychotherapist. In an acute crisis, call 144, or La Main Tendue (helpline) on 143.

TESTIMONIAL
What a client says, in the original French.
“
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What people ask me most often.
What is kinesiology, and is it serious?
Kinesiology is a gentle method that uses muscle testing, a light pressure applied to a muscle, to identify emotional, physical and energetic imbalances, then help the body regain its balance. I am registered with the RME (Swiss Register of Empirical Medicine), whose quality label is a reference for many supplementary insurers in Switzerland. Kinesiology complements medical or psychotherapeutic care; it does not replace it.
What happens during a session? Do I have to tell you everything?
In kinesiology you stay fully clothed, lying on the table. I test different muscles to find imbalances, then work with corrections adapted to what comes up. You do not have to tell everything: you share what you want, at your own pace, and the body does the rest.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your needs, but one to three sessions can already bring significant change. You book one session at a time, when you feel the need.
Kinesiology, breathwork or therapeutic yoga: how do I choose?
Kinesiology suits you if you want to understand what keeps replaying inside you without necessarily telling everything. Breathwork suits you if you mainly need to release pressure and get out of your head. Therapeutic yoga suits you if you want to settle back into your body gently. If you are unsure, write to me: we will choose together.
Does this replace medical care or psychotherapy?
No. Kinesiology, breathwork and therapeutic yoga complement medical or psychotherapeutic care and do not replace it. I do not make diagnoses and I do not change any treatment: if you are under care, you continue your care.
