COERCIVE CONTROL AND EMOTIONAL DEPENDENCY
Coercive control and emotional dependency: rebuilding yourself after a toxic relationship
You are coming out of a toxic relationship, or cannot manage to leave it. I support people facing coercive control, emotional dependency and domestic violence, through the body and at their own pace.

What you are going through
You no longer recognise yourself. You doubt your memory, your feelings, your worth. You walk on eggshells, you apologise for everything, you watch their mood. You may know that this relationship is harming you, and yet you go back to it, or think about it all the time.
Or you have left, but your body does not know it yet: you stay on alert, your sleep is broken, guilt and longing come back in waves.
It is neither weakness nor a lack of intelligence. Coercive control sets in little by little, and emotional dependency often has old roots. You have nothing to be ashamed of.
WHERE TO START?
✓ Kinesiology · 60 to 75 min · 180 CHF
✓ Breathwork · 60 to 75 min · 160 CHF
✓ Therapeutic yoga · 60 to 75 min · 120 CHF
What the support can do
These experiences leave deep traces in the body and the mind. My role is to help you rebuild yourself, strengthen your self-esteem and take back control of your life.
Together, we take apart the mechanisms of toxic attachment so that you can regain your emotional autonomy. The support often helps you:
calm a nervous system that has stayed on alert;
regain trust in your own feelings;
understand what played out in this relationship, to protect yourself better afterwards;
settle back into your body, safely.
I will never tell you what you should do, or when. Leaving, staying, waiting: it is your decision, and your pace.
How we work
Depending on where you are, we use one or another of these three tools:
Kinesiology identifies, through muscle testing, the stress linked to the relationship and to the older wounds it has reawakened. You stay fully clothed, and you do not have to tell everything.
Breathwork helps the body release what it has been holding, when you feel ready.
Therapeutic yoga helps you settle back into your body and find your grounding again.
If you do not know where to start, kinesiology is a good way in. You can also write to me before booking.
Domestic violence
I also support people who are experiencing or have experienced violence in their relationship, whether psychological, physical, sexual or economic. My support complements specialised legal, social or medical help. It does not replace it. The services listed below are there for that.
When it is not suitable
My practice is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, call the police on 117 or emergency services on 144.
My support complements medical or psychotherapeutic care and does not replace it. Nor does it replace legal or social support: for that, the specialised services listed below will help you.
Need help right now?
These services are independent of my practice. They are there to listen to you and help you, without judgement.

TESTIMONIAL
What a client says, in the original French.
“
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What people ask me most often.
I am still in the relationship: can I come?
Yes. You do not need to have made a decision or to have “understood everything” to come. We start from where you are, at your own pace. If you are in immediate danger, call the police on 117 or emergency services on 144; to talk to someone at any time, 142 (victim support) is free and confidential.
What happens during a session? Do I have to tell you everything?
In kinesiology you stay fully clothed, lying on the table. I test different muscles to find imbalances, then work with corrections adapted to what comes up. You do not have to tell everything: you share what you want, at your own pace, and the body does the rest.
Will I be judged?
No. The practice is a safe and inclusive space, LGBTQIA+ friendly, where you move at your own pace. You can come with what you are going through, just as you are going through it: nothing is “too much” or “not enough” here.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your needs, but one to three sessions can already bring significant change. You book one session at a time, when you feel the need.
Does this replace medical care or psychotherapy?
No. Kinesiology, breathwork and therapeutic yoga complement medical or psychotherapeutic care and do not replace it. I do not make diagnoses and I do not change any treatment: if you are under care, you continue your care.
